The AI Platform Administrator is responsible for the operational governance, security, lifecycle management, and enterprise adoption of AI agents and agentic capabilities across the organization. This role serves as a platform lead helping to define strategy for agentic AI solutions across Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Anthropic, and use of LLMs within the enterprise. The position ensures AI solutions are deployed securely, comply with corporate governance requirements, align with enterprise architecture standards, and deliver measurable business value. The AI Administrator works closely with developers, architects, cybersecurity, compliance teams, platform engineers, and business stakeholders to establish a scalable and governed AI ecosystem.

Manage AI platforms, configuration settings, agent deployment policies, and capacity allocations.
Manage AI platform configuration, licensing, consumption capacity, and feature enablement.
Support enterprise onboarding processes for AI developers and business users.
Define and manage agent registration, ownership, and lifecycle processes.
Implement governance controls for agent discovery and ownership attestation.
Develop automated lifecycle management and deployment practices.
Develop and enforce enterprise AI governance frameworks.
Partner with Legal, Privacy, HR, and Cybersecurity teams to ensure responsible AI practices.
Partner with security teams to review AI threats, prompt injection risks, data leakage risks, and compliance requirements.
Implement least-privilege security principles for agents and AI services.
Monitor platform health, performance, and availability.
Develop operational runbooks and support documentation.
Establish cost attribution and chargeback models.
Monitor AI consumption, licensing usage, and credit utilization.
Forecast platform demand and capacity requirements.
Define AI application lifecycle management (ALM) standards.
Support source control, deployment automation, and release governance.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline.
5+ years of experience administering enterprise technology platforms.
Deep understanding of agentic platforms, Large Language Models (LLMs), data grounding, orchestration, agentic automation, MCP services, responsible AI guardrails, and agent development
Knowledge of citizens development, ALM strategies, security/compliance, and platform/operations management
Experience configuring and administering one or more of the following platforms: Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, and Anthropic
Experience with scripting languages, full stack, and AI development using programming languages such as Power Shell, Python, C#, and Java
Understanding of agile project management, good communication, and team collaboration

This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100-$166,200.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
