Senior Analyst - MDM

What you’ll do:

The Lead MDM Analyst will be responsible for driving and coordinating Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives. This role will serve as a key liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and reliable data flows across systems, including to Eaton.com and distributor platforms. The individual will lead MDM projects, enforce data governance standards, and support cross-functional collaboration to improve data quality and operational efficiency.

\- Lead and coordinate MDM initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and data strategy. \- Act as a bridge between IT and business teams to translate data requirements into actionable solutions. \- Manage large volumes of master data across domains, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency. \- Identify data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to close data gaps. \- Drive data governance practices, including the development and enforcement of standards, policies, and procedures. \- Ensure timely and accurate data syndication to external platforms such as Eaton.com, AEM, and distributor systems. \- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data readiness for new product launches, system integrations, and business transformations. \- Utilize data analysis tools to monitor data health, generate insights, and support decision-making. \- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and data stewards involved in MDM activities. \- Continuously evaluate and improve MDM processes, tools, and workflows to enhance data quality and operational efficiency. \- Support AEM and PDH for integration with Eaton.com & order center

Qualifications:

Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Commerce or similar • 4- 8 years prior technical marketing experience preferred

•4- 6 years in Master data management

Skills:

• Experience in SAP MM, PIM, SAP Material management, Advanced Excel
