You'll help keep our team productive, our systems secure, and our processes running smoothly while taking ownership of technical issues and improvements across the business.What Are Your ResponsibilitiesManage and administer company IT systems, including Microsoft 365 and other SaaS platformsOversee user onboarding and offboarding processesManage user accounts, permissions, SSO, and MFA settingsMaintain software licenses and subscriptionsManage company devices and endpoint securityProvide IT support and troubleshoot employee issuesCoordinate with external IT and security vendors when neededMaintain and improve IT documentation and operational processesSupport security awareness initiatives and basic security governanceAssist with incident tracking, risk management, and compliance activitiesHelp ensure backup, recovery, and business continuity processes are maintainedMonitor and improve the overall security posture of company systemsWho You Are & What Makes You Qualified 1+ year of experience in IT support, IT operations, systems administration, or a similar roleExperience working with Microsoft 365 and common platformsUnderstanding of user account management, permissions, SSO, and MFAExperience troubleshooting hardware, software, and access-related issuesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyOrganized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesExcellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindsetWillingness to learn and take ownership of IT and security processesFamiliarity with security best practices is a plusExperience with device management, password managers, or compliance activities is a plusYou share our values Reliable, Radical, Radiant. Why you'll love Raffish AgencyYou'll join a collaborative, international team that works remotely across the world.
