The Technology Contract Review Specialist is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and managing technology-related contracts to ensure compliance with legal, business, and regulatory requirements in India. This on-site role involves working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure contract terms align with organizational objectives and effectively mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Review and Analysis:
- Review and analyze technology contracts, including software licenses, service agreements, cloud services agreements, and vendor contracts.
- Identify and assess potential risks and issues within contract terms.
- Ensure contracts comply with legal requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and make suggestions as to how to mitigate them.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting technology contracts.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping:
- Maintain organized and accurate records of all contract-related documents.
- Ensure that all contract amendments, renewals, and terminations are properly documented and executed.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to address contract-related issues and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external vendors regarding contract-related inquiries and disputes.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and present reports on contract status, key issues, and compliance matters to senior management.
- Track contract performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract management or legal review, with a focus on technology contracts.
- Strong understanding of technology-related agreements, including software licenses, cloud services, and IT services.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to technology contracts.
- Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in contract management (e.g., Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) or Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM)) or equivalent Indian certifications.
- Experience with global contracts and knowledge of international regulations is a plus.
