Job Summary

Responsible for establishing, leading, and continuously improving the Supply Chain Quality function to ensure suppliers meet quality, safety, reliability, regulatory, and performance requirements. This role will build and mature a customer-focused service organization, develop a high-performing team, and partner with key stakeholders to drive supplier performance, risk mitigation, and operational excellence. This role will also lead the organization's supplier quality strategy, governance, and performance management programs and hold responsibility for building organizational capability, implementing scalable quality processes, and gaining alignment across Procurement, Engineering, Operations, Construction, Project Management, and suppliers to achieve business objectives.

What You'll Do:


•    Develop and implement the Supply Chain Quality strategy, operating model, and governance framework that delivers value to internal stakeholders.
•    Establish performance metrics, service standards, and continuous improvement objectives.
•    Develop strong relationships and gain alignment with key stakeholders across the business.
•    Serve as the subject matter expert for supplier quality and quality management practices.
•    Lead supplier qualification, audits, performance monitoring, and development programs.
•    Drive corrective actions, root-cause analysis, and supplier improvement initiatives.
•    Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Supply Chain Quality team.
•    Establishment of an effective Supply Chain Quality service model.
•    Improved supplier quality performance and accountability.
•    Reduction in supplier-related quality risks and incidents.

What We're Looking For:

Education:    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred or equivalent as defined in experience requirements.
 

Experience:  Minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Management, Supply Chain Quality, Supplier Quality or related field, with extensive experience in process optimization and leadership roles;

(Or) 14 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.

•    Demonstrated success at facilitating processes for complex issues.
•    Ability to partner cross-functionally within the organization.
•    Ability to present at varying levels of the organization, including senior executive management.
•    Capable of using various forms of media for presentations.
•    Responsible for strategic initiatives and high-level decision making across the organization.
•    Willingness to travel to supplier, manufacturing, operational, and project sites as required.

Expected Salary Range: $137,000.00-$147,000.00 (USD)
