As an Oracle Finance – GL, AP, CM, Expenses - Senior Associate - Consult, you will specialize in using and managing the Oracle Financials software, an integrated financial management system that provides tools for managing financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing increased ambiguity.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining the Oracle Finance system, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. This position offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

- Configuring and implementing Oracle Financials software to optimize financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, and cash management
- Analyzing client needs to develop tailored software solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic objectives
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle Finance systems
- Managing and inspiring teams to deliver quality work while navigating complex situations and embracing ambiguity
- Building meaningful client connections to anticipate needs and deliver value through consulting services
- Utilizing critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate innovative solutions
- Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations that align with business objectives
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including compliance with PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
- Utilizing Oracle Financials and Oracle General Ledger for client solutions
- Navigating complex financial transformations and process improvements
- Developing insights through financial statement analysis and forecasting
- Embracing change and adapting to evolving business contexts
- Building meaningful client relationships and anticipating their needs
