Manager, Global Clinical Site Management Your responsibilities will include: 本ポジションでは、チームメンバーの育成と成長支援に注力し、強固なパートナーシップを構築できる協調性と責任感のあるリーダーシップが求められます。グローバルな臨床試験目標を達成するため、地域・機能・事業部を横断した効果的なコラボレーションが成功の鍵となります。 勤務形態 本ポジションはハイブリッド勤務を採用しており、週3日以上のオフィス出社が必要です。 ● Bachelor's degree required. ● Minimum of 5 years' international clinical trial experience. ● Experience leading people with direct or indirect oversight of individual contributors. ● Hands-on experience as a Monitor, Study Lead or Monitoring Manager in clinical trials, including global studies in the medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry. ● Practical working knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and Japanese clinical trial regulations. ● Strong customer focus and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global, cross-divisional partners. ● Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop individual contributors while fostering accountability, engagement and professional growth. ● Proven ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate effectively across regions, cultures and functions within a global organization. ● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple studies and direct reports simultaneously. ● Experience supporting internal audits and regulatory agency inspections. ● Japanese: Native-level or equivalent proficiency. ● English: Business-level proficiency with the ability to participate in global meetings and manage documentation in English. 職務概要 Global Clinical Site Management Managerは、新製品開発、既存製品の改良、およびプロセス変更に関連するグローバルかつクロスディビジョンの臨床試験を支援するSite Managementチームを統括します。臨床試験実施施設の立ち上げ、維持管理、終了業務を担当するチームメンバーをリードし、人員計画の策定、トレーニング、コーチング、人材育成を推進します。
