What you’ll do:
The Business Administrator serves as a key partner to executive and operational leadership, providing financial, operational, and analytical support to designated clinical programs. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining management reports, supporting budget planning and financial analysis, and identifying opportunities to improve operational performance and resource utilization.
The Business Administrator collaborates with leaders across the organization to support strategic initiatives, project management, process improvement efforts, and day-to-day operations. Responsibilities also include coordinating information systems, capital and facility projects, policy and procedure development, and cost-saving initiatives. Through strong collaboration with clinical, operational, finance, supply chain, and vendor partners, this position helps drive operational excellence, fiscal stewardship, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care.

What you’ll need for this job:
Bachelors Degree
Preferred: Master's Degree
Minimum: 3-5 years of previous job-related experience
Preferred: 6-10 years of previous job-related experience
Other: Six Sigma Black Belt, Six Sigma Green Belt. EPIC Optime certification
Compensation:
Pay Range: Starting at $71,240
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
