Position Summary

Dynamic Salesforce Product Owner position in Aetna's Clinical Technology Solution’s organization. The position's focus is on the configuration/build of a new Health Cloud Org that will consolidate multiple legacy Care Management solutions into a single system called The One CM Platform.  The role will lead a Salesforce Scrum Team, become a trusted advisor and be able to “talk the talk” with Salesforce Technology.  Join our team of Product Owners and be on the front lines of influencing/delivering Clinical Care Management solutions.

You will work cross‑functionally with partners across product, design, engineering, data, and operations to deliver care management capabilities that address real member and market needs while building a strong foundation for future growth, innovation, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the team backlog, translating Product Manager priorities into well-defined user stories, clear acceptance criteria, and scalable, testable requirements.

Communicate and negotiate effectively with various management levels, translating business needs into system requirements.

Strategically integrate healthcare concepts to enhance member experiences.

Document decisions, workflows, control points, and business processes concisely to support approved project scopes.

Coordinate across program teams to track business readiness, identify risks and issues, and assess implementation readiness.

Develop executive reports to showcase progress on business readiness.

Support Agile methodology implementation, advancing Agile principles at team and program levels.

Identify process gaps and optimization opportunities across the program.

Collaborate with other teams to ensure workflow processes and interdependencies are addressed.

Influence change to improve performance, organizational effectiveness, and system quality/services.

Work collaboratively across teams to secure agreement from all impacted parties.

Utilize creative and analytical skills to translate business needs into project outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is essential. Applicants without certification but with relevant experience may be considered, provided they obtain the Salesforce Associate certification within 90 days and the Salesforce Administrator certification within one year of employment.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce technology experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role in agile environments
  • 5+ years of experience working in Agile / SAFe environments and leading cross‑functional teams
  • 5+ years Advanced skill level with Excel, PowerPoint, Miro, Rally


Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a highly matrixed environment
  • Service or Sales Cloud Consultant Certification
  • Previous Health Cloud implementation experience a Huge Plus
  • Experience with Omni-Channel technologies a plus (Telephony, CTI, WFM, Chat, Email, SMS, Video, Etc.)
  • Healthcare or insurance related experience


Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$118,450.00 - $236,900.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
