In dieser Rolle arbeitest du im IBM Client Innovation Center Germany (CIC), wo wir tiefgehendes technisches Know-how und Industriekenntnisse in einer breiten Palette an Kundenprojekten im öffentlichen und privaten Sektor zum Einsatz bringen. Unser CIC bietet lokal ansässigen Unternehmen technische Expertise, um Innovation voranzutreiben und neue Technologien zu implementieren.
In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Während deiner Tätigkeit im Unternehmen sammelst du wertvolle Berufserfahrung, die dein Studium sinnvoll ergänzen. Du bist ein vollwertiges Mitglied in unserem Operations Team und kannst früh wertvolle Kontakte in einem der größten globalen IT Unternehmen knüpfen. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören u.a.
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von regelmäßigen Forecasts und detaillierten
- Reports, die als Grundlage für strategische Entscheidungen dienen
- Unterstützung bei der Überwachung wichtiger KPIs (z. B. Mitarbeiterauslastung, Umsätze, Arbeitszeiten) und Ableitung entsprechender Maßnahmen in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung
- Soll- / Ist-Abgleichanalysen von internen KPIs
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung und Führungskräften
- Unterstützung - Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Management Meetings

- du bist aktuell in einem Bachelor- oder Masterstudiengang in den Fachbereichen BWL, Wirtschaft, Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang eingeschrieben
- du bist 20 Stunden/Woche für deine Werkstudierendentätigkeit verfügbar
- hohes Interesse an IT-Themen
- betriebswirtschaftliches und analytisches Denken
- eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, hohe Leistungsbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit
- sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
