As a Workday HCM- Manager, you will lead and manage client engagements within our Workforce Technology - Workday HCM practice, focusing on delivering innovative solutions that enhance human capital management processes. As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to guide and mentor teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and strategic planning. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving project success, and maintaining quality standards while navigating complex challenges.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will have the opportunity to work within our Digital Core Modernisation network, collaborating with a diverse team of professionals to implement cutting-edge Workday solutions. Your role will involve strategic planning, mentoring junior staff, and leveraging technology to deliver exceptional client service. You will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm, all while upholding our values and embracing innovation.

Responsibilities

- Leading and managing Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) projects to drive successful client outcomes
- Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of human resources transformation initiatives
- Utilizing analytical thinking and business process improvement skills to enhance HR consulting services
- Overseeing benefits administration and workforce planning to align with organizational goals
- Implementing change management strategies to support employee engagement and organizational development
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to address human capital management challenges
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and practices in Workday HCM implementations
- Confirming data integrity and compliance within HR metrics and analytics frameworks
- Identifying opportunities for optimizing HR processes and improving business performance
- Mentoring junior staff and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9-13 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Workday HCM and Workday Recruiting
- Utilizing strategic human resource planning and workforce analytics
- Managing complex HR transformation projects with a focus on business process improvement
- Excelling in project management and project budgeting within HR contexts
- Embracing change management and organizational development strategies
- Leading teams in delivering client-focused HR consulting solutions
