Key responsibilities:

  • Application Support & Operations

    • Serve as the primary support lead for Logistics - In Areas of SAP Warehouse Management, SAP eWM, SAP Logistics Execution & Transportation Management.
    • Manage production incidents, problem management, service requests, and root cause investigations.
    • Ensure adherence to SLAs and minimize business disruptions through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
    • Coordinate support activities across global teams and business stakeholders.
    • Manage data integrations between SAP ECC, CRM, middleware platforms, and 3rd part applications.
    • Drive post-production support planning, transition activities, and knowledge transfer programs.
    • Define and maintain operational RACI and support governance models.

    SAP Logistics & Inventory Management

    • Support inventory management processes, material movement transactions, warehouse operations, serialization, reverse logistics, transportation management and parts logistics.
    • Analyze queue failures, inventory discrepancies, and downstream application impacts.
    • Partner with business teams to establish preventive controls and sustainable process improvements.
    • Drive resolution of critical supply chain and logistics-related issues.

    Integration & Middleware Management

    • Coordinate integration changes across multiple systems to ensure end-to-end data consistency.
    • Work with development and infrastructure teams during deployments and change implementations.
    • Participate in solution reviews and architecture discussions for new initiatives.

    Stakeholder & Business Partnership

    • Collaborate closely with business users, product owners, project teams, and vendors.
    • Translate business requirements into sustainable support and operational solutions.
    • Facilitate workshops, KT sessions, governance reviews, and operational readiness assessments.

    Continuous Improvement

    • Identify automation opportunities and process improvements to reduce manual effort.
    • Improve monitoring, controls, and operational efficiency across enterprise applications.
    • Drive standardization and knowledge management initiatives.
    • Support future transformation programs including SAP modernization initiatives.

    Required Skills & Experience

    Technical Skills

    • SAP ECC Logistics modules (WM, Inventory Management, Logistics Execution, eWM and Supply Chain Transportation Management)
    • Expertise in Blue Yonder TMS is an additional advantage.
    • Enterprise middleware and ETL platforms (BODS/Data Services preferred)
    • Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes
    • System integration troubleshooting and support

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
    • 8+ years of enterprise application support experience
    • Experience supporting global manufacturing or supply chain organizations
    • Exposure to SAP transformation/S4HANA initiatives is preferred
