Job Description
Bring structure, momentum and exceptional service to a diverse portfolio of auditing and sustainability programs with SGS. Coordinate complex workflows, connect clients and auditors, and help deliver high-quality outcomes across recognised supply chain and environmental schemes.
About the role
Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you will coordinate auditing services across Supply Chain Services and Sustainability programs. You will keep schedules, reporting, corrective actions and stakeholder communication on track while supporting operational and commercial teams.
What you will be doing
- Coordinate second-party audit programs, schedules, reports and corrective action close-outs.
- Partner with auditors, clients, program owners, key accounts and internal teams.
- Monitor program performance, deadlines, KPIs and business targets.
- Maintain accurate client databases, audit records, reports and electronic files.
- Coordinate audit approvals and reporting across relevant systems and stakeholders.
- Respond promptly to customer, technical and complaint enquiries.
- Support sales and account teams with information that helps grow the audit business.
- Manage retailer and key stakeholder expectations with clarity and professionalism.
- Follow SGS quality, safety, HR, integrity and professional conduct requirements.
Qualifications
What we are looking for
- Experience or a sound understanding of auditing, certification or a related environment.
- Strong organisational skills and confidence managing multifaceted schedules.
- Proficiency with office systems, client databases and scheduling platforms.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with strong stakeholder management skills.
- A customer-focused, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Willingness to complete program training for file review and certification decisions.
