Tactical Buyer

ACS Motion Control is looking for a Tactical Buyer to join the purchasing department of our growing company.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Purchasing

·        Nurture relationships with vendors

·        Maintain effective communication with suppliers to achieve best service, quality, On-Time-Delivery, and cost

·        Manage the company's purchase orders - monitor the whole cycle from the order creation to the goods delivered to the warehouse

·        Provide the best service to company’s departments and employees with all their purchasing needs

·        Take part in the process of ‘Establishing a new supplier’, including the negotiation stage

·        Assume the duties and responsibilities of the purchasing manager in his absence

Requirements

·        Relevant degree in Engineering / practical engineering, Logistic OR 2 years’ experience in industrial companies in a similar position- a must

·        Excellent planning and organizational skills

·        Proven ability to work under pressure and time constraints

·        A team player with high integrity

·        Hands-on, detail-oriented approach

·        Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Hebrew and English

·        Excellent computer skills – Office, ERP
