The opportunity:
The Technical Training Manager is responsible for the training and development needs of the country/region, coordinating the employee-specific training needs and deliver training as necessary. The Technical Training Manager also works in close collaboration with the HUB Training Team to achieve the HUBs training and development goals.
How you’ll make an impact:
You will collaborate with APMEA Training & Development Manager to identify training needs focused on country needs and develop and implement the training strategy and roadmap for the Business Unit Transformers, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy, external trends, and customer requirements (both internal & external).
You will support the HUB Onboarding Training Programs and take an active part in onboarding new hires for your respective country and support employee growth through implementing the training programs created on both Global and HUB Level in your respective country.
You will build monthly and quarterly training plans, collaborating with HUB Training, consulting on training plans of individuals and monitor training requirements and completions also use the LMS effectively, in line with HUB guidelines, keeping the system and records consistent.
You will keep track of learning initiatives “on the job” as well as coaching and mentoring, establish and follow the HUBs appropriate KPI’s to monitor our learning and development process and initiate the required improvement initiatives in case of deviations.
You will evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by monitoring team performance and providing feedback to the HUB Training Manager and act as a strategic partner to functional leaders in your respective country, identifying the training gaps, training priorities, and align HUB training programs to business needs.
You will lead the rollout and execution of training programs in your respective country, by coordinating with regional and local teams and adapt training for cultural and operational differences.
You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
You hold a bachelor’s degree.
Company history, divisions and strategies knowledge.
Basic understanding of industry. Proficiency in software such as MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint.
Proficiency in employee development skills such as training, training facilitation and goal setting.
Excellent presentation & facilitation skills.
Proficiency in English language. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
