All clinicians—across speech, occupational, and physical therapy—are expected to incorporate sensory-based techniques into their work with the children we serve. If you don't yet have experience with sensory integration, that's okay: we provide dedicated training and mentorship to help you build these skills and apply them confidently within your discipline.What you’ll doDeliver one-on-one speech-language therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed SLPImplement treatment plans targeting speech, language, articulation, fluency, and social communication goalsPrepare engaging therapy materials tailored to each child’s individual needsDocument sessions in our EMR with accuracy and careCommunicate clearly and compassionately with kids, families, and your interdisciplinary teammatesShow up for team huddles, case discussions, and learning momentsKeep growing your craft through continued education and professional developmentCreate a play-based environment where kids are treated like kids firstWhy this role at Oaklin LaneA space built for the work.
