Cohesity is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our CEO and executive team. You'll be handling a wide range of administrative and executive support responsibilities and should be a people person. You will promote Cohesity’s corporate image by representing our Executives internally and externally. If you're a flexible multi-tasker with strong communication and organizational skills, enjoy the fluid challenges of supporting busy executives, and have an appetite for an opportunity to be a creative orchestrator for a forward-thinking company, you might be a good fit.    HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE: Manage a very active calendar of appointments for our executives Compose and prepare executive correspondence  Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas  Provide leadership to build crucial relationships for the organization  Prioritize conflicting needs and handle situations expeditiously  Plan, coordinate, and ensure schedules are respected  Act as a "gatekeeper" and "gateway" for the executives  Project the highest level of professionalism and courtesy  Maintain full confidentiality regarding Cohesity and individual information  Experience in Contract and Invoice processing as well as submitting Purchase Requisitions   Handle mail/package handling as needed  Process reimbursements and expense reports  Reserve conference rooms, order catering, and set up conference calls and video calls  Technical competency in reviewing and editing docs and using corporate systems  Work independently and within a team on special non recurring and ongoing projects  Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to cultivate open communication and streamline processes  Assist with Departmental All Hands and team-building events  Assist with onboarding and office space allocation when needed  Perform other duties as assigned      WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:   Associate degree in Business Administration or comparable field, or equivalent professional experience  3-5 years of dynamic experience supporting a senior executive in a business environment  Excellent time management, verbal, and written communication skills  Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of employee issues  Excellent organization skills and attention to detail  Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment in a fast-paced environment  Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills  Experience with policies, practices, and procedures in a business environment  Flexibility and adaptability to changes in work and priorities  Proficiency in Microsoft products and Google Suite  Proficiency in technical and web-based solutions  Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making. Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time. Pay Range : $97,200.00-$108,000.00 The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.
