Air Liquide Global Export Materials (ALGEM) is the Global Supply Chain Platform of Air Liquide Group for electronic specialty materials in APAC, managing more than 2000 shipments a year, for all Air Liquide Affiliates globally.

How Will You Be Contributing to Our Success?


1. Process Optimization, Digital Transformation & AI adoption

- Deliver automation solutions to reduce manual workload, optimize processes and improve process efficiency leveraging on the adoption of AI tools

- Support ALGEM effort towards digital transformation including:

  • Data sources needed for analysis and insight, business rules to measure data quality

  • Logical core data modelling

  • Existing data availability and quality at the end-user application level, as well as GDO data lake (EL Core Data Model)

  • Assessing Technical feasibility and proposing alternative approaches


2. Data Management & Project Management of Industrialized Use Cases (managing role of Business Project Manager) incl Align support
- CIOO gate process, including Gate 1 and 2 document preparation together with the Solution Owners

  • -After Gate 2, execution with GIO and COE (either in-house or an MSP-Managed Service Provider)

- If project is in agile mode, attending the rituals (e.g. daily stand-ups, sprint review, sprint retro) and
coordinating with business end-users (e.g. BPOs) who should attend and give feedback on partial builds
- Organizing steering committees and keeping Steerco members updated, especially Sponsor and Business Owner,
especialy on project progress, budget, risk and mitigation
- Coordinating UAT with IT teams
- Monitoring solution stability and feedback during hypercare


3. Coordination & Continuous Improvement
- Coordinate the resolution of systems issues with internal (various ALGEM departments, IT) and external vendors if applicable
- Adoption and continuous improvement - collaborating with the end-users on the use of the tool and its future development, including planning for obsolescence (outdated tools & systems)


4. Technical SOP Management
- Develop and maintain clear technical SOPs to ensure process consistency and knowledge retention

Are you a MATCH?

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Engineering / Data Management

  • Tech-savvy professional with a high degree of digital literacy and adaptability.

  • Experience working with relational and complex databases or ERPs (such as SAP, Oracle ... etc)

  • Having the knowledge of AI environments, Power BI , Google Apps Script, Google Workspace would be an advantage.

  • Good communication in English, very organized, rigorous, reliable, independent, transparent and diligent.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Have the willingness to explore and research on AI and other tools for digital transformation
