Overview 

Lead our Client Advisory Services team—a specialized group of insurance industry experts focused on unlocking maximum customer value from Earnix software. You'll own both the strategic maturity assessment process and the advisory function that empowers our customers and PS consultants to implement and leverage Earnix for competitive advantage in pricing and underwriting. 

What You'll Do 

Own the Maturity Assessment Strategy 

Design, develop, and maintain the customer maturity assessment framework and methodology that identifies improvement opportunities in pricing and underwriting processes 

Oversee all aspects of the assessment—from content development and customer delivery through to measurable business impact 

Create and evolve customer-facing artifacts (assessments, scorecards, roadmaps) that translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations 

Partner with other regional leadership to ensure assessment consistency, quality standards, and continuous improvement across regions 

Lead and Mentor a Specialized Advisory Team 

Build and manage a high-performing team of experienced SMEs with deep insurance industry backgrounds 

Foster a culture of expertise, innovation, and collaborative problem-solving 

Develop your team's capabilities in complex Earnix implementations and advanced use cases 

Serve as Center of Excellence on Customer Value Realization 

Apply a deep understanding of Earnix software offerings present a roadmap to additional customer value 

Advise PS Consultants on complex, non-standard implementations and innovative approaches to maximize customer value 

Elevate implementation quality across the PS organization by sharing insights from your team's specialized work 

Identify patterns and opportunities to expand value realization across the customer base 

Drive Measurable Customer Outcomes 

Guide customers through assessments that demonstrate how Earnix can improve their pricing strategy, underwriting processes, and overall competitive positioning 

Ensure each customer engagement translates into concrete value—whether through process optimization, pricing improvements, or operational efficiency 

Partner with account teams to embed value realization into customer success and renewal strategies 

Identify and scope paid advisory projects with customers seeking strategic guidance on pricing and underwriting transformation, ensuring engagements are clearly resourced and tied to measurable outcomes 

Deliver advisory engagements that validate assessment recommendations, deepen customer relationships, and build repeatable, scalable advisory service offerings 


Requirements

Requirements 

You'll do it using: 

Deep insurance industry expertise with 12+ years of progressive experience in P&C insurance operations, pricing, or underwriting (or equivalent in insurance-adjacent consulting) 

5+ years of insurance consulting experience designing and executing process assessments, building maturity models, and developing strategic recommendations for insurers on pricing and underwriting transformation 

Customer-facing communication skills to translate complex technical and analytical concepts into clear business value for C-suite and operations teams 

Program and project management to oversee assessment design, delivery, and tracking of customer outcomes across regions 

Cross-functional insurance process knowledge with the ability to advise on interconnected workflows spanning pricing, underwriting, and other insurance functions 

Data analysis and business acumen to interpret performance metrics, identify trends, and make evidence-based recommendations 

Training and knowledge transfer expertise to develop your team and drive adoption of new assessment approaches 

Proficiency with presentation tools and documentation to create high-quality, branded customer artifacts and internal reports

Proven leadership at a team level with demonstrated success building, developing, and retaining high-performing technical teams (mentoring, succession planning, capability building)

Intellectual curiosity and continuous improvement mindset — you stay current on industry trends, Earnix product evolution, and emerging customer needs

Attention to quality and consistency while managing change across regions and maintaining high standards in assessment methodology and artifacts

Salary Range:

$ 200,000-250,000 per year
