Director, IT Operations & Business Systems

Role responsibilities

Lead the strategy, governance, and execution of IT operations and business systems to scale the internal technology ecosystem. Oversee enterprise systems, vendor partnerships, and security compliance while partnering cross-functionally to drive operational efficiency.

Requirements

Requires 8+ years of IT experience with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, specifically managing business systems in growing organizations. Must have deep knowledge of ERP/HRIS ecosystems, security frameworks like SOC 2 and GDPR, and experience managing MSPs.
