This role involves designing and developing complex software solutions, including databases, business logic, user interfaces, and integrations, while also providing Level 3 support. You will work in a collaborative, international environment contributing to solutions delivered to enterprise customers worldwide. ## What you’ll do * Develop well-structured, maintainable, and well-documented code in line with organisational standards * Document system enhancements and technical changes * Collaborate effectively with a distributed, international team across different time zones * Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines * Plan and manage delivery of agreed objectives, milestones, and outputs * Ensure software meets initial requirements, covering implementation and continuous integration * Provide accurate time and effort estimates for technical deliverables * Support developed solutions at Level 3, ensuring stability and performance ## Who you are * Experience (minimum 2 years) in software development using technologies such as Java Enterprise, Spring, Spring Boot * Understanding of object-oriented programming principles * Foundational knowledge of the software development lifecycle (development, testing, integration) * Knowledge of relational database design and data normalisation * Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN * Awareness of web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, XML, and web services * Exposure to relational and non-relational databases * Basic knowledge of Linux (administration, scripting) is advantageous * Understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum) is beneficial * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences * Proficiency in English (B2 or higher); additional languages are advantageous * Interest in internet technologies, mobile applications, and communication systems ## Not a perfect fit?
