  • Confident analysing recruitment data and market insights to identify trends, improve hiring outcomes and influence recruitment strategy.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics including source effectiveness, time to hire, pipeline conversion, diversity, candidate experience and agency usage, using insights to recommend improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and improve recruitment processes, delivering measurable improvements to efficiency, candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to deliver impactful recruitment strategies — from showcasing our brand in the talent market and creating compelling job ads, to managing candidates and interviews seamlessly throughout the hiring journey.
  • You are not only able to work under pressure but thrive in high growth environments.

  • Sound working knowledge of employment law as it relates to recruitment and assessment
  • Demonstrable experience of proactively sourcing high-quality talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, Boolean search, networking and other direct sourcing techniques, reducing reliance on agencies.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and business-critical roles, building relationships with passive talent before vacancies arise.
  • Experience using ATS (HiBob ideally), Lattice and other systems would be a plus. 
  • Experience of using LinkedIn Recruiter or equivalent sourcing tools to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Experience analysing recruitment data to inform hiring decisions and improve recruitment performance.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers to challenge hiring approaches and influence recruitment decisions.
  • Experience reducing agency reliance through effective direct sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • You will have full ownership of a portfolio of roles and partner with business leaders and hiring managers across a varied range of departments including Product, Data and Engineering.
  • You will manage anywhere between 5 - 10 live vacancies at any one time. 
  • Managing the end to end recruitment process from attraction through to onboarding, working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager,  the wider People and IT teams. 
  • Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies using a range of direct sourcing techniques, social platforms, talent communities and market mapping to attract high-quality talent.
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager in the development and deployment of the 
  • Employer Brand and Employee Value proposition (EVP) to ensure the business attracts the best talent and is seen as best in sector
  • Working within the wider People team, you will collaborate with your colleagues to deliver various initiatives in relation to Onboarding and recruitment
  • Obtain regular candidate and stakeholder feedback, to identify continuous improvement and development of the partnership with stakeholders
  • To provide relevant and current external market advice and insight where needed to help influence the hiring strategy. 
  • Act as a trusted adviser to hiring managers by providing insight into talent availability, competitor activity, salary benchmarking, market trends and realistic hiring strategies.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for key skill areas, ensuring future hiring needs can be met through proactive engagement.
  • In exceptional cases where need arises, you will need to manage 3rd party agencies
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of advertising channels, sourcing methods and recruitment campaigns, recommending improvements to maximise quality of hire and return on investment.
  • Test and implement new attraction channels and recruitment technologies to improve candidate reach and hiring outcomes.
  • Take ownership of improving recruitment effectiveness by regularly reviewing hiring activity, advertising performance, sourcing channels and recruitment processes, making recommendations that improve quality of hire, speed, cost and candidate experience.
