The Role

Palette is seeking a Recruiting Sourcer to help build exceptional talent pipelines as we continue to scale. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career who is passionate about identifying top talent, building relationships, and learning the fundamentals of strategic recruiting.

As a Recruiting Sourcer, you'll partner closely with our recruiting team to identify, engage, and qualify candidates across a variety of business functions. You'll leverage modern sourcing tools, recruiting technology, and creative outreach strategies to proactively build diverse talent pipelines while helping deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

This role is highly collaborative, analytical, and fast-paced, offering significant exposure to recruiting strategy and the opportunity to grow into a full-cycle recruiter.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines across multiple business functions through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.

  • Conduct market mapping and competitive research to identify high-quality passive talent.

  • Craft personalized outreach messaging that generates strong candidate engagement and response rates.

  • Conduct initial outreach and recruiter screens to evaluate candidate alignment before advancing qualified talent.

  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and ideal candidate profiles.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline data within the applicant tracking system.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews while ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Track sourcing activity, outreach metrics, pipeline health, and conversion rates to continuously improve recruiting effectiveness.

  • Assist with employer branding initiatives, talent communities, campus recruiting, and other recruiting projects as needed.

  • Stay informed on talent market trends, competitor hiring activity, and creative sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, sales, customer-facing roles, or internships in recruiting.

  • Strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, and building relationships with candidates.

  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing platforms is preferred.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar platforms is a plus.

  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging, personalized outreach messages.

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, recruiting metrics, and pipeline reporting.

  • Curious, resourceful, and motivated to learn modern sourcing techniques and recruiting best practices.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.

  • Passion for startups, digital media, technology, or the creator economy is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
