As a Product Manager, you will support the end-to-end product lifecycle for KeyBank's business origination capabilities, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs, define requirements, deliver innovative solutions, and drive continuous improvements. This role offers the opportunity to develop product management expertise while helping create seamless, customer-centric experiences for business clients.
The Digital II role is a Product Manager function focused on building optimal customer experience for Small Business deposit and lending originations by leveraging data and tying it back to a bigger strategic vision, enhancing processes, and improving the Retail bankers and client experience. Responsibilities include and are not limited to contributing to and executing against the strategic plan for enhancing the capabilities of our products across Key's Lines of Business. The Product Manager will lead initiatives to implement current digital capabilities and help drive innovation while collaborating closely with marketing, technology, and other internal partners to ensure effective deployment and execution.
Essential Functions
- Help drive business outcomes, translate business goals and customer needs into actionable product requirements and solutions.
- Partner with Product Managers, and cross-functional teams to support Business Originations delivery and enhancements for clients.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to identify needs, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement.
- Collaborate with analytics, designers, technology teams, and business partners to define and prioritize the problem, capture requirements and identify solutions that meet user and business needs.
- Support product discovery activities, including research, usability testing, feedback collection, and analysis of customer insights.
- Assist documenting user stories and maintaining product backlogs to support delivery priorities.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and assist with planning, backlog refinement, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect triage, and validation of product functionality prior to and post release activities.
- Monitor product performance and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, measure outcomes, and recommend improvements.
- Support implementation of new capabilities and enhancements by coordinating with technology, operations, risk, compliance, and vendor partners.
- Develop knowledge of business origination products, capabilities, customer journeys, and supporting technology platforms.
- Document business processes, product requirements, workflows, and operational impacts to support successful delivery and adoption.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, business partners, and project team members.
- Manage multiple priorities and assignments while demonstrating initiative, adaptability, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, recommend solutions, and improve customer and banker experiences.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by leveraging customer feedback, usage data, and business insights to enhance product performance and user satisfaction.

Education
Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, information systems management or equivalent (preferred)
OR equivalent experience (required)
Work Experience
1+ years of experience in digital business and/or product development (required)
- Prior experience in Retail Banking preferred

Ability to think strategically coupled with the ability to drive to execution
Experience with storytelling + curating presentations
Ability to build relationships and influence broadly

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $69,000.00 - $105,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.Please click here for a list of benefits for which this position is eligible.
