Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes to support organizational goals. This role requires creating detailed documentation that serves as a blueprint for implementing new processes and technologies. The professional collaborates closely with business stakeholders to define product requirements and develop use cases that align with both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business demands, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet evolving operational challenges and enhance overall efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process frameworks to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive seamless process integration.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong knowledge of production planning methodologies and discrete manufacturing processes.
- Experience in business process modeling and documentation techniques.
- Ability to analyze complex workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with change management principles and implementation strategies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our M2B - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
