Collection Tools & Automation Analyst
Primary Duties:
- Actively participate in OTC process design and improvements, implementation of collection strategies and dialer campaigns
- Identify, propose, and coordinate implementation of new tools/solutions helping to automatize OTC process
- Build partnership with the business in countries and regions to design and improve collection cycle effectiveness and translate business requirements into technical solutions that promote automation of processes
- Use analytics and metrics to improve OTC process and provide data-driven forecasts of potential benefits and risks of each new initiative. Communicate findings and insight to stakeholders and provide OTC strategy recommendations for optimizing business performance.
- Support OTC Finance Analyst and Reporting team in continuous improvement of OTC reporting activities
- Provide consultancy and support to OTC management related to automation/AI tools and their usage
- Closely cooperate with OTC Finance Analyst, OTC SMEs, OTC managers and leads to identifying the needs for new process automation
Job Requirements:
- University degree in business / IT / or adequate professional experience focusing on business and financial data analytics, process automation, etc.
- 3 years of experience in the respective fields (collections, dialer, process automation, PMO)
- OTC process end-to-end understanding in reasonable level
- Strong analytical skills, relevant experience with process automation tools/AI, Collection tools, data analysis, ability to work independently and in the team, being proactive
- Fluent in English, other EMEA language is an advantage
Our salary and benefits
The initial basic salary for this position will be in the range of €1830 - €2,750 per month, plus a 13th month salary applied after your first 6 months in the job.
