Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips.
Accurately store, label, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
Pick, stage, and issue materials for production, maintenance, or customer orders.
Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory counts.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Maintain accurate inventory transactions using the company's ERP system.
Prepare shipping and receiving documentation.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and barcode scanners (as authorized).
Follow all NOV safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Coordinate with purchasing, production, and logistics teams to ensure material availability.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
- Experience using ERP or inventory management software preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations.
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification may be required.
- Ability to work independently an as part of a team.
