If you are looking for a new and exciting work environment where your education and advanced skillset are appreciated and where you can continue growing in your career, BVNS may be right for you!Responsibilities:Greet clients and guide them through check-in proceduresAnswer incoming phone calls, voicemails and emailsProvide compassionate client communication and educationSchedule patient appointmentsRecord requests and communications with referring veterinary offices and pharmaciesUtilize practice management software to maintain client and patient recordsAdministrative duties such as filing, data entry, faxing, emailing, etc.Check-out clients, ensuring discharge information and charges are correctEnd of day processesQualifications and Skills:Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Veterinary Receptionist, or 5 years as a Client Service Representative in another business settingVeterinary Receptionist experience a plus!EzyVet or SmartFlow experience a plus!Professional phone, in-person and email etiquette a mustThe ability to handle stressful or emergent situations in a calm and supportive mannerExcellent verbal and written communication Proven customer service skillsPositive team playerExperience with Microsoft programs and ability to quickly learn company software systemsExperience with a multi-line phone systemHigh School Diploma, GED, or higher educationAbout Us: Bush Veterinary Neurology has four locations across 2 states! Our clinics are operated by board certified neurologists that provide same-day life-saving neurosurgery and long-term medical management. Our hospitals house state of the art equipment to provide advanced diagnostic testing including cerebrospinal fluid collection/analysis, computed tomography, electroencephalography, MRI and more! Our neurologists perform both spinal and brain surgeries.
