The role will operate as an influencer, creating a community of AI practitioners across IT Solutions Programs. While this role will report solid line to the India IT Delivery Centre Manager, the role will also matrix into GSC IT Solutions leaders responsible for innovation initiatives across IT.Primary ResponsibilitiesDeliver measurable SDLC productivity improvement through AI-enabled practices, achieving equivalent or higher delivery output with reduced or stabilized headcount.Accountable for driving AI adoption and to maximise associated efficiency gains across the SDLC by connecting and educating teams on best‑in‑class AI practices, and by sharing business use cases and tools across programsDefine structured learning pathways aligned to SDLC roles.  Curate hands-on learningStandardize best practices and tool usage across SDLC phase.Build a community of AI practitioners across programs.
