Job Description

Title - Senior Software Engineer (UI/UX fullstack developer)

Work location - Bangalore (3days Hybrid)

Shift timings - 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM OR 12.00 PM to 9.00 PM IST

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled UI/UX Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of experience in designing and developing modern web applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions, from user research and interface design to front-end development, back-end integration, and deployment. This role requires a blend of UI/UX expertise, front-end development skills, and full-stack engineering capabilities.

 Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

• Analyze user requirements, business needs, and customer feedback.
• Create user personas, user journeys, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
• Design intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Conduct usability testing and implement improvements based on findings.
• Maintain and enhance design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG).

Front-End Development

• Develop responsive and interactive web applications.
• Convert UI/UX designs into high-quality, reusable code.
• Build and maintain front-end components using modern frameworks.
• Optimize applications for scalability.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
   

Back-End Development

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services.
• Implement business logic, authentication, authorization, and security controls.
• Integrate databases and third-party services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across the full stack.
• Participate in application deployment and maintenance activities.
   

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and code reviews.
• Document technical designs, architecture, and development processes.
• Stay current with emerging UI/UX trends and software development technologies.

Required Skills
UI/UX Skills

• Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Wireframing, prototyping, and user research.
• Design systems and component libraries.
• User-centered design principles.
• Accessibility and usability standards.

Front-End Skills

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
• React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Responsive and mobile-first design.
• Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI.
• State management solutions (Redux, Context API, etc.).

Back-End Skills

• Node.js, .NET Core, Java Spring Boot, or similar backend frameworks.
• REST API development and integration.
• Authentication methods (OAuth, JWT, SSO).
• Database development with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• API testing tools such as Postman.

DevOps & Tools

• Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.
• CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design and full-stack development.
• Experience building enterprise-grade web applications.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microservices Architecture.
• Knowledge of Azure Services (App Services, Functions, API Management).
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity.
• Understanding of AI-enabled user experiences and modern design trends.
