As a Senior Talent Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent at Honeywell. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing talent management strategies and programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives. You will partner with business leaders to identify talent needs, create succession plans, and ensure a pipeline of high-potential employees. Additionally, you will lead performance management processes, design and deliver training and development programs, and collaborate with HR partners to drive talent management initiatives. By leveraging your expertise in talent management, you will contribute to the growth and success of Honeywell's workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent management strategies and programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent
- Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and create succession plans
- Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent assessments
- Collaborate with HR partners to ensure alignment of talent management initiatives with overall HR strategy
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management, talent acquisition or a related HR function.
- Strong knowledge of talent management best practices and trends.
- Experience designing and implementing talent development programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
