Job Description

一、ISIR（初始样品检验报告）相关工作

1. 使用合规设备、统一标定的检测方法完成电子化初始样品检验报告样品检测
2. 针对全新零部件，与供应商敲定统一检测方案
3. 比对我方检测数据与供应商出具的检测数值
4. 协助产品质量工程师处理质量异常、完成问题订单分析
5. 负责样品全流程管理与收发处置

二、来料检验相关工作

1. 依照计划与规范流程完成来料检验，判定物料合格放行
2. 处理来料检验过程中出现的各类检测异常
3. 使用合规设备、统一标准方法完成来料零部件检测
4. 按既定方案落实物料隔离管控措施

三、其他工作

1. 根据车间现场需求，配合处理各类紧急突发事项
2. 同步传递尺寸偏差、检验异常等相关信息

Qualifications

教育背景：大专及以上学历

工作经验：拥有汽车行业 3 年及以上检验岗位从业经验

知识与技能：

1. 具备扎实的尺寸测量专业知识
2. 熟练掌握各类检测量具、仪器的使用
3. 能够熟练使用 Office 办公软件
4. 具备基础英文读写沟通能力
5. 具备跨同事沟通能力，可独立对接完成日常工作

专业名词注解

1. ISIR：Initial Sample Inspection Report，初始样品检验报告，汽车零部件行业通用送检资料
2. PQA：Product Quality Assurance，产品质量保证
3. Containment actions：质量隔离管控，不良物料拦截、分区封存等防流出措施
