HR Generalist – Frankfort, KY

NeuLife Rehabilitation of Kentucky II, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to support our growing neurorehabilitation organization in Frankfort, Kentucky.

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 annually Status: Full-Time, Exempt Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Paid Holidays, Company-Paid Life Insurance, Professional Development

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding

· Conduct new hire orientation and employee training

· Maintain employee files and HRIS records

· Support employee relations and performance management initiatives

· Assist with benefits administration and leave management

· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies

· Conduct audits and maintain HR documentation

· Partner with managers on workforce planning and staffing needs

· Prepare reports and HR metrics for leadership

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree preferred

· 3+ years of HR experience

· Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

· HRIS experience preferred (iSolved a plus)

· Strong communication and organizational skills
