Clinical Site Coordinator

Location: Kyiv

Discovery Life Sciences is a leading provider of highly characterized human biospecimens and cellular starting materials supporting precision medicine, oncology research,  infectious disease programs, and advanced cell and gene therapy development.

Our global clients, including leading biopharma, diagnostics, and academic institutions, rely on Discovery to deliver high-quality biospecimens and reliable biomarker data that accelerate scientific innovation.

We are currently looking for a Clinical Site Coordinator to join our team and support the coordination of clinical sites and biospecimen collection activities.

This role is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in clinical research, site coordination, and biospecimen program management within the Life Sciences industry.

What you will do

Under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Affairs, you will:

• Support clinical site initiation and training activities

• Coordinate biospecimen collection projects at clinical sites

• Support monitoring visits and help ensure compliance with study protocols

• Verify study documentation and maintain site files and internal documentation

• Track site performance metrics and reporting progress

• Support communication between clinical sites and internal project teams

• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency within the team

• Prepare reports and documentation related to site performance

What we are looking for

• Higher education in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Medical or related field

• Experience in Life Sciences, clinical research, healthcare, or laboratory environment is an advantage

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Interest in clinical research and biospecimen programs

• Basic understanding of regulatory requirements related to clinical sites and biospecimen collection in Ukraine is a plus

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Attention to detail and analytical mindset

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Communicative English

GCP certification is a plus but not required.
