Jsme otevřeni pro spolupráci na poloviční úvazek (20 hodin týdně).

Co budete dělat?

• Zpracování a účtování přijatých dodavatelských faktur v rámci každodenního provozu.
• Komunikace s dodavateli a řešení jejich požadavků.
• Úzká spolupráce s interními zákazníky a ostatními odděleními s cílem zajistit efektivní průběh účetních procesů.
• Aktivní řešení dotazů a nesrovnalostí souvisejících s fakturací a platbami.
• Dodržování a kontrola nastavených interních procesů a kontrolních mechanismů.
• Zadávání, archivace a správa finančních dat potřebných pro reporting a finanční výkazy.

Co požadujeme?

• SŠ/VŠ ekonomického směru, vhodné i pro studenty
• Základní znalost účetnictví
• Zkušenosti na pozici fakturanta výhodou
• Komunikativní angličtina
• Týmový hráč se schopností samostatně pracovat v případě potřeby
• Vynikající komunikační a interpersonální dovednosti
• Znalost Excelu a dalších nástrojů MS Office (SAP, ORACLE výhodou)
