Production Operator Jr

Join our Team About this opportunity: We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Operator to be Responsible at a basic level for preparing materials, assembling and packaging according to specifications, inspecting products, programming and operating machines and other tools, suggesting improvements and evaluating their implementation with management, executing and sharing 5S practices. What you will do: Disassembly and assembly operations of products, as well as operation, calibration, and preventive maintenance of test stations according to established procedures and routines; Test products using test units in both automatic and semi-automatic modes; Will also be responsible for material handling, supplying products and components by collecting from shelves and replenishing repair benches, component supermarkets, and product kanbans manually and using carts Sending and moving repaired parts to the internal area using carts; Also responsible for the cosmetic cleaning process of repaired parts at the end of the repair process. The skills you bring: High School Diploma Technical education is a plus Knowledge in: 5S, Process Flow and Lean Manufacturing, Product Assembly and Disassembly, Preventive Maintenance, Operation of Test Stations, and Calibration of Test Stations Availability to work in São José dos Campos Why join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
