Join us in our mission to help companies make smarter pay decisions they can trust!

About the role As our Revenue Systems & Operations Manager, you will own both the systems that power our go-to-market motion and the recurring operations that keep it running, and you will be measured on making that work progressively less manual. You will administer our Salesforce environment and the connected GTM tech stack, run the operational cadence that Sales and Customer Success depend on, and continuously convert repetitive processes into automated and agentic workflows.
This is not a ticket-queue administrator role, and it is not a purely analytical one. It sits deliberately between systems and operations. You will run the monthly close by hand once or twice to learn how it works, then rebuild it so most of it runs itself. If that sounds like the fun part of the job rather than the hard part, you will like it here.
  Why this job is exciting
  • You will be the hands-on owner of the systems layer. Salesforce architecture, the connected GTM tech stack, integrations, and data integrity run through you. You will partner with the Director, Revenue Operations on roadmap and design direction, and as the person closest to the systems, your recommendations will carry real weight in those decisions.
  • You will build with AI and agentic tooling. We expect this role to evaluate, pilot, and deploy AI across the revenue stack, and to build agents that remove recurring manual work rather than absorbing it.
  • You will work across the whole revenue motion. Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing all depend on the systems and data you own, so you will see the full customer lifecycle rather than one slice of it.
  • Your work is visible to leadership immediately. Commissions, deal desk, forecasting inputs, and territory design all reach the executive team. You will see the impact of good systems design in the room, not three layers removed from it.
  • You will scale a function that already works. Your work is to make the Revenue Operations engine scale for our next phase of growth, not to build it from scratch.
What you’ll do
  • Administer Salesforce as our system of record, including objects, fields, flows, validation, permissions, and data architecture.
  • Own the connected GTM tech stack and the integrations between systems, treating sync integrity and data hygiene as monitored workflows rather than periodic cleanup.
  • Own commission calculation and reporting, partnering closely with Finance on accuracy and exception handling.
  • Run deal desk operations and audits, including approval workflow integrity and pricing and discount compliance.
  • Own the monthly and quarterly revenue operations close, including data validation and reporting handoffs.
  • Maintain territory and quota books through rebalancing, coverage changes, and mid-year adjustments.
  • Identify the highest-cost recurring manual processes and systematically automate them, including automated reconciliation and exception flagging.
  • Evaluate, pilot, and roll out AI and automation tooling across the GTM stack, and document what you build so the team is never dependent on one person’s knowledge.
  • Partner with Marketing on the systems and data seams between marketing operations and the revenue stack.

About you

  •  You bring 5+ years in revenue operations. You have owned recurring commercial processes such as commissions, deal desk, close, or territory management in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • You have deep Salesforce capability. Real architecture and automation depth, not just configuration. You can build flows, design data models, and reason about downstream impact before you ship.
  • You know the modern GTM stack. You have worked hands-on across tools like Salesforce, CPQ, Gong, Claude, and Cora.ai.
  • You have a track record of automating manual work. You can point to specific processes you made materially less manual, with a credible before and after.
  • You build with AI, not just around it. AI tooling is already part of how you work day to day, you have hands-on experience building with agentic or workflow automation platforms, and you have an informed view of where AI is and is not reliable.
  • You are rigorous with numbers. Commissions and close require precision. You reconcile before you report.
  •  You understand commercial context. You know how territory design, quota, and deal structure influence revenue behavior, not just how to administer them.
  • You operate well on a small team. You prioritize independently across competing demands, ask good questions before building, and know how to improve an existing process without breaking what depends on it.
  • You communicate clearly with non-technical partners. You can explain a systems tradeoff to a sales leader in terms they care about.
Why you'll love it here:
