Job Description

Job Summary:

Own end-to-end quality for ECU assembly and functional testing. Champion a “zero defect” culture and digital quality transformation, achieving 0-KM defects and industry-leading low PPM in the field.

Business results:

  • Quality:    O-KM, Filed, IDC%
  • Cost:        Indirect Productivity and Direct Productivity in quality control and management.
  • Delivery:  On time delivery (BTS), Inventory (DIO) @Qaulity block

Job Responsibilities:

  • Scope: Responsible formultiple value streams, including automotive business of Bosch internal customer GB, and EMS business of external customers.
  • Organization and people development: Enhance organizational efficiency and develop people’s capabilities to deliver future business results.
  • Quality Mindset: Develop and implement 14Q-basic principles, drive “zero defect” culture in whole organization.
  • In-process Quality Control: Apply DFMEA/PFMEA/CP/MSA/SPC/POKAYOKE etc. tools to improve process capability & reliability in whole product life cycle, from new project launches, ramp up, series production and till after-market & EOP.
  • Quality Monitoring & Control: Visualize and detect failures in real time through quality assurance systems (e.g., EWS, failure analysis, batch release, delivery block, concession.)
  • Non-conforming Product & Improvement: Driving root cause analysis, 1st pass yield improvements, reduce quality losses from scrap and customer claims.
  • Problem-Solving Efficiency: Continuously fostering a problem-solving culture, processes, and methods, driving systematic problem-solving at all levels of organization.
  • Quality system & Audit: Drive systematic improvement by conducting quality system audits and process confirmations, covering both internal and external requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Automation or related filed
  • >5  years experience in quality assurance
  • Proficient in IATF16949, VDA 6.3 and skilled in PFMEA, 8D.
  • Workable English
