About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Salesforce is seeking a data-driven Manager, Marketing Analytics & Reporting to join the analytical core of our Global Cloud Campaigns team. In this role, you'll take data that lives across systems and turn it into decisions — using your analytical instincts and modern tools to surface the insights that help our marketing organization move faster and smarter.

You'll be the connective tissue between platforms, teams, and outputs — transforming multi-source data into clear performance narratives for campaign owners, PMMs, and leadership. Partnering closely with our Senior Manager of Reporting, you'll help scale the measurement foundation that powers better decisions across the marketing organization.

Responsibilities
  • Consolidate and analyze campaign performance data from multiple systems into unified, actionable reporting frameworks.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and scorecards that give campaign owners, PMMs, and leadership visibility into performance trends.
  • Partner with the Senior Manager of Reporting to scale the measurement foundation across Global Cloud Campaigns.
  • Translate raw, multi-source data into clear, narrative-driven insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, or opportunities for process improvement across reporting pipelines.
  • Support ad hoc analysis requests from campaign and marketing leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align on KPIs, definitions, and reporting cadence.

Required Skills/Experience
  • Strong analytical background with experience turning complex, multi-source data into clear insights.
  • Proficiency with modern analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Excel/Sheets).
  • Experience building dashboards and performance narratives for varied audiences (campaign owners, PMMs, leadership).
  • Strong communication skills — able to translate data into a clear story.
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems/platforms and consolidating disparate data sources.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Desired Skills/Experience
  • Prior experience in marketing analytics, campaign operations, or a similar reporting-focused role.
  • Familiarity with campaign marketing systems and martech stacks.
