- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a healthcare-related location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or potential hazards.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following applicable policies and procedures.
- Monitor access to the location, verify authorization where required, and maintain awareness of individuals entering and leaving the premises.
- Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and concerns to site leadership, Allied Universal management, and emergency responders as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
- Possess a valid concealed carry weapons permit.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
