Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release cycles, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. The engineer collaborates with various teams to align solutions with organizational goals, utilizing standard tools and application programming interfaces while maintaining compatibility across platforms. Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving are essential to sustain seamless operations and adapt to changing business environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.
- Document configuration changes and maintain clear records for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development.
- Experience with Salesforce platform customization including workflows, process builders, and Lightning components.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce integration techniques using APIs and web services.
- Ability to develop and maintain Apex classes and triggers to support business logic.
- Familiarity with declarative development tools and low-code platforms within Salesforce.
- Knowledge of release management processes and version control in Salesforce environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
