JOB OVERVIEW:Dynasty Financial Partners is seeking an experienced and driven professional to join the Platform team as AVP, TAMP Product & Platform Enablement. Reporting directly to the Head of Investment Platform/Operations, this role is the primary owner of advisor training, product education, and documentation across Dynasty’s full TAMP platform. As Dynasty’s TAMP capabilities grow and the advisor network expands, this role ensures that every advisor is equipped to use the platform confidently and every product change is communicated and documented before it reaches them.This is a content-creation and training-delivery role at its core. The right candidate brings deep familiarity with TAMP infrastructure and model delivery, a proven ability to design and deliver structured training programs, and the discipline to build and maintain a comprehensive library of advisor-facing materials that stay current as the platform evolves. This role is an in-office position.RESPONSIBILITIES:TAMP Product Training & Advisor OnboardingOwn and operate the structured onboarding program for all new advisors joining Dynasty’s TAMP platform.Design and maintain a full TAMP training curriculum with defined learning sequences, competency milestones, and modular reference materials for each platform component, building a training program that is reusable, updatable, and scalable as the advisor network grows.Deliver live training sessions and produce recorded versions for asynchronous access, covering new advisor onboarding, model updates, platform capability releases, and refresher sessions for existing advisors.Collaborate closely with the Investments team and Investment Platform Adoption group to stay ahead of model updates and new capability releases, ensuring training materials are prepared and distributed before advisors encounter changes in the field.Serve as the primary subject-matter resource for advisor questions related to Dynasty’s TAMP products, proprietary models, and platform operations, triaging, answering, and escalating issues as appropriate.Training Documentation & Content DevelopmentBuild and own a comprehensive library of advisor-facing training and reference materials covering every component of Dynasty’s TAMP platform, maintained in a centralized, accessible resource library and version-controlled with every platform change.Create and maintain Platform Tool Quick-Reference Guides for highly utilized products covering the most common advisor workflows in concise, step-by-step format and updated with every platform release. Develop and maintain the Solution Onboarding Playbook: an operational guide covering account eligibility, required documentation, workflow steps, timelines, and common issues for advisors connecting accounts into Dynasty’s structure.Produce Training Session Follow-Up Packages after every live or recorded session, including key takeaways, workflow reference guides, FAQ documents capturing questions raised, and escalation contacts.Platform Communication & Advisor ReadinessOwn the advisor communication process for every platform capability release and product release/model change, ensuring advisors receive structured notice with clear context on what is changing, why, and what action is required before the change goes live.Draft and distribute platform update communications, training announcements, and capability summaries to the advisor network on a consistent, proactive cadence so no advisor is caught off-guard by a product or model change.Deliver a quarterly platform capability briefing to the advisor network covering what has shipped, what is underutilized, and what is coming, supported by a written summary document for advisors who prefer reference materials over live sessions.Partner with the Head of Investment...
