Responsibilities: 

 

• Own and execute assigned tasks, projects, or processes in alignment with business goals and timelines.  

• Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of objectives.  

• Analyze requirements, identify gaps, and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes.  

• Prepare reports, updates, documentation, and presentations as required for leadership or stakeholder review.  

• Maintain quality, compliance, and process discipline across all assigned responsibilities.  

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation, simplification, or better ways of working.  

• Manage competing priorities effectively while ensuring timely completion of deliverables.  

 

Mandatory skill sets: 

 

• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.  

• Good analytical thinking with the ability to understand business requirements and solve problems effectively.  

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.  

 

Preferred skill sets: 

• Exposure to project management, process improvement, reporting, or data analysis.  

• Working knowledge of relevant tools, systems, or platforms used in the business function.  

• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct authority.
