As an AR Calling - RCMS - Specialist, you will engage with clients to provide specialized support within our Advisory practice. You will leverage your technical skills to conduct detailed analyses and offer strategic guidance, helping clients optimize their revenue cycle management capabilities. This role involves working closely with healthcare organizations to connect clinical and revenue platforms, driving value and efficiency.
As a Specialist, you will provide specialized advice and handle technical tasks, supporting specific projects with your in-depth knowledge. You will adapt to a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of your work and consistently delivering quality results that contribute to the team's success. Your role will involve gathering information from various sources to analyze facts and discern patterns, enhancing your commercial awareness and understanding of how the business operates.

Responsibilities
- Providing specialized support in revenue cycle management for healthcare clients
- Implementing automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Conducting operational analysis to identify areas for process improvement and optimization
- Developing and executing strategies for business process improvement and lean process methodologies
- Supporting technology implementation projects to drive digital transformation and innovation
- Collaborating with teams to optimize service operations and improve client outcomes
- Utilizing project management skills to oversee and deliver successful client engagements
- Mapping and optimizing processes to enhance operational excellence and performance
- Engaging in solution development to address client needs and drive value realization
What You Must Have
- Any Undergraduate Degree (10+2 or Equivalent) OR Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized university/institution
- Minimum of 6+ Months experience in healthcare provider revenue cycle management
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Shift timings: Flexible to work in night shifts (US Time zone)
What Sets You Apart
- Knowledge of medical coding (ICD-10, CPT)
- Familiarity with UB-04 and/or CMS-1500 claim forms
- Experience with Epic HB or PB systems
- Adhering to HIPAA regulations and guidelines
- Demonstrating proficiency in business process improvement and operational analysis
- Identifying and resolving payment delays
- Supporting revenue cycle management in healthcare settings
- Applying operational excellence to enhance service operations
- Engaging in process optimization and project management
- Adapting to emerging technologies and competitive market demands
