About the Role:
Manages the development and implementation process of company's projects involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new products or services resulting from the projects executed.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Lead cross-functional project execution for assigned transfer, NPI, and strategic programs, ensuring alignment across Operations, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D, and other key stakeholders.
- Partner with functional and project leaders to define project scope, strategy, deliverables, timeline, budget, resource requirements, and execution approach.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, dashboards, budgets, action trackers, and risk registers using standard project management tools and governance practices.
- Drive project execution by assigning and tracking actions, monitoring milestones, identifying risks and dependencies, escalating issues, and implementing mitigation or contingency plans.
- Coordinate cross-site transfer readiness activities, including knowledge transfer, equipment movement, validation planning, training strategy, documentation readiness, and production start-up support.
- Ensure timely completion, approval, and compliance of key project deliverables and documentation, including project plans, phase reviews, change notices, validation deliverables, financial updates, and quality system requirements.
- Establish and lead effective project governance, including core team meetings, leadership updates, standard status reports, decision forums, and follow-up mechanisms to ensure accountability and transparency.
- Monitor project health against schedule, cost, scope, quality, savings, and business commitments, proactively communicating risks, delays, help-needed items, and impact to stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional problem solving to remove barriers related to approvals, documentation, equipment readiness, supplier readiness, training, regulatory timing, or operational readiness.
- Support financial and business case visibility by partnering with Finance and project teams to track OPEX, CAPEX, savings impact, launch delays, and other key performance indicators.
- Lead transition and handoff planning as projects move from execution to sustaining ownership, ensuring continuity of critical activities, clear ownership, and readiness for operational support.
- Promote a work environment that supports the Quality Policy, Quality System compliance, continuous improvement, standard PMO practices, and disciplined execution.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licenciature degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related
- English Level: C1:(90-94%).
- Desired knowledge: PMP, SCRUM, PgPM, PMI-ACP, PMI-RMP, PMI-SP. Project Leaderhip, PLCP, SQP, StAR, VIP, Operations Integrations. Comm. Product Transfer. Quality Plannig. PTP. Process Val. Design Ctrl. Supplier Qual. MS Office. MS Project. Planning, Execution, Problem Solving, Triple Constraint Management, Risk Management, Capex Management.
- At least 7 years of experience in similar position.
