Product Owner

Tashkent, UzbekistanFull-timePosted Jul 29, 2026

Super Dispatch is looking for a Product Owner based in Tashkent to help drive execution of our Carrier Experience roadmap, with a focus on the Carrier TMS product. This role demands a detail oriented, execution focused mindset and close, daily collaboration with a team of engineers in a dynamic, fast paced, and data oriented environment.

This is a Tashkent based role that requires working closely, day to day, with our engineering team in Central Asia, and regularly coordinating with our Product and Engineering leadership team in the US.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Owner to drive delivery on high impact initiatives at a high growth SaaS company with incredible growth potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate the Carrier Experience roadmap and product strategy, set by the Product Manager and leadership, into a clear, prioritized, and consistently groomed backlog.
  • Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and edge cases that engineering can build against with minimal back and forth.
  • Own day to day backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization in close partnership with your engineering team.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for engineering during each sprint, answering questions and resolving ambiguity quickly to keep delivery on track.
  • Review and validate completed work against acceptance criteria before it ships, partnering with QA on test scenarios.
  • Monitor Carrier TMS usage and performance metrics, flagging risks, bugs, and opportunities back to the Product Manager and leadership.
  • Coordinate release scope and clearly communicate what is shipping, and why, to the broader team.
  • Maintain clear, up to date documentation of features, workflows, and decisions for the Carrier Experience team.

Preferred Profile:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business/Systems Analyst, or Associate Product Manager, ideally within an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Based in Tashkent or elsewhere in Central Asia, with the flexibility to overlap with US working hours for standups, planning, and leadership syncs.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with distributed engineering and product teams across the US and Central Asia.
  • Detail oriented, with a track record of turning ambiguous problems into clear, buildable requirements.
  • Comfortable working directly with engineers day to day, unblocking questions and keeping sprints moving.
  • Bonus points for a background in transportation/logistics, B2B, or Marketplace products.
  • Thrives in a fast paced startup culture, adjusting quickly to shifting priorities and delivering results with limited resources.
  • Open to feedback and ideas, with a collaborative, team first attitude and a focus on continuous improvement.

Within 1 month, you'll...

  • Graduate from Super Dispatch's company wide new employee onboarding program to understand who we are, how we work, and what we're building.
  • Get up to speed on the Carrier TMS product: its existing features, workflows, and how it fits into the broader Carrier Experience and auto transportation landscape.
  • Meet your engineering team in Tashkent and establish a working rhythm for standups, grooming, and planning.

Within 3 months, you'll...

  • Own backlog grooming and sprint planning for the Carrier TMS team, writing clear stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Become the go to person for engineering questions during active sprints.
  • Begin validating shipped work against acceptance criteria and coordinating with QA on release scope.

Within 6 months, you'll...

  • Fully own the day to day execution of the Carrier Experience backlog, keeping sprints predictable and on track.
  • Identify recurring gaps in requirements or workflows and propose process improvements.
  • Build a strong working knowledge of Carrier TMS metrics and use them to inform prioritization.

Within 12 months, you'll...

  • Be a trusted execution partner to the Carrier Experience Product Manager and Jeff, running backlog and delivery with minimal oversight.
  • Maintain a healthy, well groomed backlog that supports both near term sprints and longer term roadmap planning.
