This role focuses on alarm monitoring, incident and fault management, triage, and coordination across resolver teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The position supports critical roaming services including SS7 signalling, LTE, VoLTE, 5G, CAMEL and Value Added Services, ensuring optimal customer experience across global markets.What you’ll do Monitor and troubleshoot international roaming services to ensure seamless operationsManage proactive and reactive incidents in line with agreed SLAsPerform first-level triage and coordinate with cross-functional resolver teams throughout incident lifecycleAnalyse network performance and address KPI degradation or customer complaintsSupport continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities within operationsWork on core network technologies including 2G/3G/4G/VoLTE optimisationEnsure effective incident communication and reporting for stakeholdersWho you are An Engineering graduate with 5–10 years of experience in roaming technologiesStrong understanding of core network technologies such as SS7, LTE, SMS/SMPPExperience with core platforms including STP and DRA/DEAKnowledge of roaming platform interworking with traditional core networksDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills in English, both written and verbalAble to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and customer-focused environmentNot a perfect fit?
