Become a maker of possible with us. The Global Business Services (GBS) team helps drive BD forward by seeking out and implementing innovative ways to operate effectively and efficiently. We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Global Service Regional Leader for our Record-to-Report (RTR) service line in NA Region. Reporting to the Global Service Owner, Record-to-Report, with dotted line reporting to the Regional CFO or equivalent the role will be responsible for defining and managing the service delivery framework, performance metrics, usage, controls, and standards within the Record-to-Report process of NA Region. This role ensures that service levels are consistently met or exceeded, financial reporting is accurate and timely, and continuous improvements are implemented to enhance efficiency and effectiveness for all business process transactions, reporting, and analytics. This role will shape the RTR transformation agenda and roadmap and support execution of global roadmap and will be a critical required member of the Regional Finance Leadership Team.The Global Service Regional Service Management Leader oversees the efficient delivery of Record-to-Report services within the region, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards and oversees the transformation roadmap ensuring adoption to achieve BD, GBS and Regional headquarter’s Finance function strategy. They will play an important role in supporting the transformation of RTR processes, leveraging their expertise to ensure alignment with the Regional headquarter’s business requirements and best practices, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide insight and support process improvements, enhance system capabilities, and achieve operational excellence in RTR finance.This role involves strong change leadership to operate seamlessly while transforming organization and enabling new capability build.Responsibilities:Service Management:Accountable for regional service delivery for RTR NA Region, any co-mingled scope across internal teams and outsourced teams (BPO) ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
