You'll perform diagnostic tests, design test features and equipment, and create detailed specifications for new products. Your strategic planning of labor, schedules, and equipment ensures effective testing operations. Join us in shaping the future of precision and reliability at Lam.What you’ll do Experience with vacuum, pressure, Radio Frequency (RF) Power delivery and gas delivery systemsWorks cross functionally with design engineering and the pilot group for new product developmentEnsures PDR / NSR deliverables are in place including test fixtures, test procedures, test specifications, and control chartsConducts validation on all new test software and fixturesHas a working knowledge of SAP functions for manufacturingDefines, designs, documents, builds, calibrates, troubleshoots, and supports all manufacturing test fixturesSoftware skills to create / modify manufacturing’s test scripts. Preferred coding skills in Python.Improves product quality through test first pass yield and trend data. Analyzes factory non-conformances and field escalations for root cause and corrective actionResolves test issues cross functionally with Suppliers, Supplier Engineering, Pilot Manufacturing, and Design EngineeringPresentation skills to present test fixture designs, test processes or spec changes at engineering design reviewsDefines and implements metrics to lead test process improvementsWho we’re looking for Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.Experience in Test Engineering/Development environment with in-depth knowledge of C#, Python or other scripting languages.Technical writing skills to communicate and document designs and proceduresExcellent verbal & written communication skills with proven track record in managing technical projects.Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and proficient in electrical circuit testing & troubleshooting. Experience in Engineering Change Management Process.Statistical Process Control (SPC) understanding and application experiencePreferred qualifications • Knowledge of Semiconductor equipment especially on test methodologies.• Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in English.• Statistical analysis skills including statistical process control and data analysis used in production setting.• Knowledge in programming languages.• Proven stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders or customers in technical matters.Our commitment We believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
