Application Engineer I- Training
As an Application Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will support the development and implementation of application solutions for our building automation products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, assist in designing solutions, and provide technical support to customers to ensure successful project delivery.
You will report directly to our manager and you’ll work out of our Northford, CT location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the successful deployment and adoption of Honeywell Building Automation solutions, helping customers optimize their building systems for safety, energy efficiency, and productivity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the development and implementation of application solutions for Honeywell Building Automation products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support solution design
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during project implementation
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- 0-2 years of experience in application engineering or related technical roles
- Basic knowledge of Honeywell Building Automation products and solutions
- Familiarity with building control systems, sensors, and energy management technologies is preferred
- Experience with software tools for system configuration and troubleshooting
WE VALUE
- Advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
- Internship or co-op experience in building automation or control systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

The annual base salary range for this position is $76,700 – $95,850. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
